After Hours CareSouthern New Mexico Surgery Center, located in Alamogordo, provides a means to ensure continuity of care after hours and for after hours emergency. All providers utilize an answering service to refer patients or an alternative referral system to necessary services according to needs including, physician consultation, emergency room and to schedule office visits. Emergency CareWhen our facility is closed, in the event of an emergency, please go to the emergency room or call 911 for assistance. Additionally, an after hour phone message indicates if there is an emergency to please hang up and dial 911. Lastly, discharge instruction sheets refer to after hour care and treatment protocols, please refer to these instructions.
